For larger orders and items such as Terracotta Pumpkins, Plant Pots and Vases etc the total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. If you don't wish to pay additional charges please remove these from your basket.

EU / REST OF THE WORLD Duties:
If there are customs or import duties these charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the receiver. If you do not wish to pay this fee, please consider this before purchasing.
Shipping charges will not be refunded if customs charges are refused and the order is returned to sender - Ajouter Store face return and handling fees when this occurs.
Items must be returned within 28 days of the delivery date and items must be unworn and in resalable condition. This applies for in-store and online.
Returns postage must be paid by the customer and we advise sending the item tracked with proof of postage - if the item is lost in the post we will be unable to process the return. Your refund will be processed within 10 working days from when it arrives back to us.
Store collections must be collected within 14 working days.
